Buy and Sell Stops for entry then manage with ATM

Hi All,

I would like to enter trades on a buy or sell stop and have my ATM strategy manage the trade. My testing result in the ATM not triggering. I know this should be possible but not sure what to check on my end.

I am using the dynamic Super Dom for trade entry. I have the ATM strategy already created and selected. The strategy is working fine for entries on a limit order but not working for entires on a stop order.

Any ideas on what i am doing wrong?

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Thanks Chris. The logs and trace file was sent. I was not sure what happens when you select log and trace in the GUI (didn't want to send you days worth of stuff) so i zipped up todays log and trace and sent that as an attachment.
