data download for replay

Hi, I need some help

I tryied to download replay data, as I read in manual. File menu >Utilities>Download replay data, Name: EURUSD, Date 02/01/2015. Then OK. The downloading completed. But the data stream is very incomplete. I checked in the Available Data menu, and there are gaps takes 10-200 minuts. What is the reason, and how can I get all of the L1 data of a month, or a half a year?

Hello Akos,

Unfortunately you can download only one day at a time in NinjaTrader. There are partners that allow downloading multiple days of market replay data. Please see the links below.

Am I correct you refer to February 1st? That was a Sunday, so you will not load 24 hours of data for that day. For what exact hours do you miss data and what time zone does your PC clock uses?

If you download Market Replay data in NinjaTrader, it will use US Eastern time zone. It loads data from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM. My PC clock uses US Mountain time zone, so it load data 10:00 PM (previous day) to 10:00 PM.

Thank you for your answer. First I downloaded from Febroary 1st, but then a saw that it was sunday, next I start from 4th. But the gaps are very frequently. I attached the printscreen.

Data is consistent when I test it on my end. I downloaded data for the first week of February.

Sounds good, please let me know if the issue remains.

The downloading from www.marketreplaydata.com was succesfully, took only a few minuts to get the data of 2015 EURUSD, and the data is consistent.
