Candles in 4H chart

hello,

I'm a new user with Ninjatrader. So far so good but its seems I'm having problems with the candles in 4H chart. When I compare with other chart programs the candles don't look the same but it's only in 4H chart. I'm using the parameters 240 min. Did I make any mistake or?

No, you did not make a mistake. To create a chart with 4 hour bars, you would set Type to Minute and Value to 240 in the Data Series menu.

What kind of differences do you see? Do you perhaps notice any consistency? Do you all instruments you try experience differences?

If you compare 1 Minute charts, is data different as well?

To what data feed provider do you connect in NinjaTrader? Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?
