Changing merge policy from Chart
Is there anyway to change the merge policy for a chart without having to change the Global settings or the specific Instrument settings?

Hello GlennL,
Thank you for your post.
If a newer contract date, then yes this would be possible, but is also a process to do:
Please navigate to the Control Center -> Tools > Instrument Manager > Search for the instrument that you would like to change > double click on the searched Instrument -> In the instrument editor window, go the Misc-tab > Scroll to the bottom and select 'Contract Months' and click the '...' -> Select the next contract and set it to today's date. This will update the current contact's historical data.
Next, you will have to reload the historical data on your chart by right clicking in the background of yoru chart and selecting 'Reload All Historical Data'Riley S.NinjaTrader Customer Service
