Sound alert not working

Hello,
I have an indicator with some conditions.
Market Analyzer is set to change color of the cell and for a sound alarm.
Conditions are met and the cell color changes every time in right way, but no sound at all. I can hear it only ones when Analyzer opens for the first time.
Sound file is OK. I've tried to setup alerts for all conditions, other sounds, changed re-arm for 1 second from 0 - no way.
What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your post. Do you experience this only on a particular indicator, or on all indicator alerts?

To test, I suggest setting up an alert on an alternative indicator to see if they are working in general; this will help determine if this is isolated to a particular indicator when the conditions are met.

Thanks for the reply.
I've a new analyzer with Ask Price only. Made 2 alerts - above or equal and below or equal of the same price. Market was moving above and below the price and there was no sound.
The same situation.
What to should I do?

I suggest opening the Windows Volume Mix to verify that NinjaTrader or the speakers are not muted.

After this, because the alerts are not triggering at all with any indicator, I suggest performing a repair of the NinjaTrader installation (Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Right click on NinjaTrader and select Repair).

If you still see the same behavior after taking these steps, please write in to PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] Com so we may look into this further.
