Can't connect to AMP Rithmic demo

I have signed up to the AMP futures demo offered at this Link:

http://www.ampfutures.com/rithmic_demo.html

It lists NinjaTrader as a supported platform.

I configured the account connection as in this Link:

http://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGuides/Rithmic-Connection-Guide

However when connecting I get Login failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection.

Please help resolve this.

Hello rs,

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Can't connect to AMP Rithmic demo' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Click the "..." Attachment button and attach the Config.xml file in your email as well. You can find the Config.xml file at Documents-->NinjaTrader 7.
