Problem with drawing tools not snapping correctly

Hi guys,

When I click on a point on the chart to draw a line, ray, extended line etc, the cursor mysteriously snaps to a point away off the chart to the right instead of where I click? In the attached screenshot I clicked on the first bar of the day, the line didn't appear, then I moved the cursor to the left so the line now appears back on the screen, but it is obviously nowhere near where I am clicking.

The problem is intermittent but persistent.

I am using NT7 on Windows 7 bootcamp.

Can you please check what snap mode you have selected. Right click in the chart and select Drawing Tools-->Snap Mode. Could it be the issue only occurs when a certain snap mode is used?

Do you notice any consistency between the occurrences?

Hi, frustratingly the issue has not surfaced today. Appreciate your reply and will check if changing the Snap Mode has any effect if and when it happens again.
