Chart account window is muted?

    Chart account window is muted?

    the account window on my chart display which shows the account to which I am connected is muted [greyed out]. this occurs when I am connected to interactive
    brokers and to kinetick eod.

    see attachment if it is attached [I'm not sure the attachment worked].

    please advise.

    Thank you for your post,

    First, from the NinjaTrader Control Center, go to Help > License key and verify that your live key is entered (if you don't have you key or need to purchase, please send an email to [email protected]).

    After this, go to File > Unselect "Global Simulation Mode." Now, in all Account fields in NinjaTrader, you will be able to toggle between the live account at the Sim101 account for practice trades.

    If you would like to disable the Global Simulation Mode feature, go to Tools > Options > Simulator tab. Unselect "Always start in simulation" and press OK to save the settings.
