Real-time ruler tool

I want to measure in real-time, the tick/pip distance between a point I mark and the current price.

In NT7, when we grab (single-click) a pending order on the chart, it shows the distance in ticks/pips relative to the current price, in real time. I'm looking for a tool like that ( but not using a real pending order ).

Does anyone know of such a tool for NT?
