Renko Chart Error Message

Hello, Whenever I try to load a Renko chart, I get the following error message:

"Error on loading chart data for '6A ##-## Globex': Native error (-14): You are not entitled for this service."

I have both NinjaTrader Continuum (Lifetime License) and eSignal for data.

What do I need to do to be able to access Renko charts?

My primary data feed is NinjaTrader Continuum and my eSignal is set as my backup data feed.

Does NinjaTrader Continuum provide tick data?

And is tick data what I need to be able to create Renko charts in NinjaTrader?

Yes, NinjaTrader Continuum supports historical tick data. If you connect to NinjaTrader Continuum first in NinjaTrader, it should load historical tick data from NinjaTrader Continuum and not eSignal.

Yes, renko bars are build by tick data.

If you solely connect to NinjaTrader Continuum, are you able to load renko charts?

I tried as you said and used NinjaTrader Continuum instead of eSignal and then I was able to load Renko charts.
