"Your Ninja Trader version does not match your license"

    Hello wiz777,
    Please send a note to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with your license key and log and trace files attached.
    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.20150709.txt"
    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5> Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20150709.txt

    I'm getting the same message today as well. I am using NT 6.5 as I need this version for an indicator. NT6.5 has been working for me for 7 years. In this state, NT cannot connect to IB as the datafeed has been removed as an option and can't be added.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your post pretender.
    Can you provide a screenshot of the message that you are receiving?
    Also what version of NinjaTrader do you have installed? This can be found by going to Control Center> Help> About and is displayed as NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.XX
    To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

    Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

  • "Your Ninja Trader version does not match your license"

    I've been getting the title message just the last two days while turning on my NT. It continues to work as usual once I disregard the message. Is there something I need to do for this?
