Deleting Executions

Why does NT provide a feature for deleting executions (sim trading) but when you try to delete executions it doesn't remove them.....

Can you briefly walk me through the steps which you are taking to remove the execution(s)?

Seems to be ok now. But I had to restarted NT which is VERY annoying...

What a completely crap piece of software NT actually is!

I spent hours yesterday amending executions to create a correct pnl only to find a bunch of random trades added back. And an overnight trade which appears in IB but is no where to be found in NT

Chart attached shows a number of trades, all at the same time; 22:52:39, which i didn't make. Where have they come from.....!

In order to further investigate I would need you to contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of your log and trace files from the 7th:
You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.20150707.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.20150707.txt"
