Replay not updating chart

I am on instrument ES 06-15 running replay for June 5, 2015.
I get to a point at around 9:48am and the charts are not updated until around 10:05. The counter/timer on the Replay control is working fine and is continuing to update during this time period. Once it starts up again, the "missing" data (from 9:48 - 10:05) is posted on the chart and operation continues as normal.

I have downloaded the replay data again, I have repaired the DB, and I have deleted the cache folder... none of these fixed the problem.

I recorded directly in NT from Rithmic and there is data for that time.

They''ll probably need to fix the data.

thanks.. I also noticed having hiccups at other times and on June 4 too.

data not updating at all ,bid ask levels appear on chartrader and change but new prints on charts are gone

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
