Is there a 'default line width' setting anywhere?

99+% of the time I find a line width of 1 is too small so I have to manually change it over and over again.

Is there anyway to make it so that all indicators and plots default to a specific line width?

I've gone as far as editing many of my indicators and changing the plot width with 'new pen' but that's rather cumbersome and a wondering if there is an easier way?

A 'default line/plot width' within the chart properties dialog would be extremely helpful.
