I might have misunderstood. NinjaTrader does in fact store multiple data types as historical data, as long as these types of data are available from your connectivity provider.
If you navigate to your (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db folder, you'll see multiple subfolders contained within, including a 'minute', 'tick', and 'day' folder. These are the three types of historical data that NinjaTrader has the capability of storing.
