Ninja error

I am on Ninja 7.0.1000.25 version. I left Ninja running on computer over the weekend and when I tried to connect to Amp datafeed, I get this ninja error with a popoup window

"Login failed: There were not enough free threads in the ThreadPool to complete the operation"

1) When does Ninja throw this error?
2) Is this a known issue? And has ninja resolved this issue in 26 or 27 version?

Please note that a restart of ninja solves the problem as temporary fix. But lately been getting this error many times. I don't think its a hardware issue as there are cpu resources and memory (12gb ) available.

Can you please tell if this is a known Ninja issue? I have seen some user postings regarding this error in ninja forum in the past.

If this is a known issue, has this been resolved in version 26 or 27?

No, this is not a bug with the NinjaTrader platform.
No, the fixes in newer versions of NinjaTrader are not for this.
