If I create and save a workspace but don't actually open it when I open NT, is it receiving data and using resources, even though I haven't opened it and looked at it? I have about six workspaces created and saved, during the day I look at two of them (switching in between). I use the other workspaces for development and testing after the market is closed. Things seem to be running a little slower since I created the additional workspaces and I'm just trying to understand what, if any, effect unopened workspaces are having on my computer resources?
