$tick chart not showing when connected to esignal

Hi there,

I am currently connected to e signal feed, $ADD and $TRIN shows up on the charts when I request it.




PROBLEM


$TICK does not:

1. I type "$TICK" >> ^TICK shows up but no candles are showing up
2. It seems like it is in my Instrument Manager ( How could I delete it and re add it?) but when I run a search for 'TICK' in the I.M. the only ticks that show up are "tickdj" and "tickq"
3. The problem is not with Esignal: on their Data Manager> $TICK shows up.

What to do? this is frustrating I really need to download this data.

Just checked TICK is not showing up as an "available master instrument"

Hello,
Does TICK appear as an instrument after you reset your instruments?
Please follow the instructions below to reset your instruments.
1. Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center > File > Disconnect > Select your data feed

2. Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center > Tools > Options > Data tab > Reset Instruments >OK

3. Restart NinjaTrader > Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center > File > Connect > Select your connection
