    CQG No Data Since 6/19

    I have no chart data since June 19th for CQG demo connection. I was using this for a strategy for futures on ES but it has not loaded any new bars since the 19th. The strategy uses heiken bars but I cannot see any bars with regular or tick candles.

    NT 7 says I am connected. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?

    (For a chart) what interval is selected?

    Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      I figured out the issue, I was on the previous contract. Is there a way to have these automatically roll over to the new contract or will I have to continuously update the strategy I plan on running on new contracts as they are rolled?

        Hello,
        There is not a feature that rolls the contracts over automatically.
        You will need to update the data series when the roll over occurs.
        If we can be of any other assistance please let us know.

          problems with british pound

          I have a british pound sim position which :
          1.doest give P/L figure
          2.I cannot remove from the positions tab,cant close it out.

            Thanks for your post.

            You will need to reset your simulation account to remove the order.
            Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.

            From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
            Select the "Simulator" tab
            Press the "Reset" button
