NT will not open

When I try to open NT the start up screen shows up and indicates that the program is loading but it never opens. If I click on it again an error message pops up saying that only one instance of NT can be open at a time. Please terminate any other instance in the task manager (I am paraphrasing). I go to task manager and close the application and try again but the same thing keeps happening.

This can sometimes happen if there are any issues with the ConnectOnStartup feature for the connection. I can edit a file of yours to disable this feature so that you can have access to the platform. I'll then send it right back to you.

Can you please send me your configuration file?

You will find your configuration file in the following directory:

• (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

Once located, please attach the config.xml file to an e-mail to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with this thread in the e-mail: "http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/forum/showthread.php?t=75381"

Thank you for the quick response. Just for grins I tried to open NT this morning and it worked with no issue...weird...I will forward you the config file if it happens again. Thanks again!!
