Hash PlotStyle question(s)

I have an indicator with 4 plots. Two are set to PlotStyle.Square and two are set to PlotStyle.Hash in the indicator Add Plot code. I find that when I run the indicator, when I change the Plot Width for the Hash plots in the Indicators' "properties" box that it affects the DashStyle of my Hash plots. When I set plot width to two and select Dash Style "Dash" then I actually get "Dash Dot". If I have Plot Width at two and select Dash Style "Solid" then I get Dash. I get some other variances at Plot Width 1 and 3 and I haven't tried all combinations. When I select dash I would expect to get dash, solid should result in solid, etc. irrespective of the plot width. Is there something that I am missing here? Thanks.
