    Hi JImJinNJ,

    Thanks for the post.

Can you clarify: do you mean you wish you chart to only display a vertical scale of 20 points?

thanks for the reply. actually I think I figured out what I need to do. an indicator call ScrollsRite has taken care of it.

        JImJinNJ,

I'm glad you found a solution. To do this within NinjaTrader please follow the steps below:
        • Right click on the vertical price scale
        • Properties
        • Change "Range" to "Fixed"
        • Adjust the "Maximum" and "Minimum" fields to your desired range
        • OK

This will force the vertical scale to stay within your set range. Keep in kind that the chart will not autoscale to accommodate new bars that may be outside the view of the chart.

How can I carry out the same thing but programmatically from NinjaScript? I mean, fixing the scale and defining minimum and maximum. Thank you.

            Hello gofortips,

There are no supported methods to change the range and scale of a chart through a script.

I am also not aware of any unsupported ways to accomplish this.

However, this thread will remain open for any community members that would like to assist.
