CQG Demo: Network Connection to the Order Routing System is unavailable

Dears,
I am using a demo account with ninjabrokerage, yesterday my computer crashed and I tried to reconnect to the account but i keep having the same problem.

I tried to:
- create a new connection
- create a new account
- reboot the machine.

Still the problem persist.
Do you have any advice?

I forget to mention ... if i try for 3-4 time to connect to the server the error change to "Unable to connect to the remote server.(NoError)"

The server that i am trying to connect is HDS7.NinjaTrader.com/31654

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, CQG Demo: Network Connection to the Order Routing System is unavailable' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
