CQG live demo data feed 6E no data

Hello,

I have a Ninjatrader live demo account with CQG data feed, and I am having problem with getting data for 6E for more than 3 hours today, though ES is coming. In the last weeks no such problems occured.

Am I missing something?

Please send an email to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com with my name and a link to this forum thread referenced in the body of your email with your log and trace files attached.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20150615.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20150615.txt"

I'm kinda having a similar issue. I'm on the latest N7 with CQG data but charts don't update. Charts load fine including custom indicators but they just do nothing. Market analyzer is also blank.

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
