Time bars are not correct

Hi,
I can never agree that 5 min, or 1 min or any other intervals bars will not close when the time of the pre-set bar is over.
Explanation. Say 5min.bar, will wait 5m 10s or 20sec. more for a new bar tick to close old bar. So next bar is not 5min. bar but 4m40sec.
According to ninja teches it is the way it is. Accoeding what I see it is not correct. To me 5 min. is 5 min. and when the data is set to last tick a bar should be able to close at its proper time intervals. But not with ninja, a bar is waiting, waiting frozen in a time waiting for this new tick opening a new bar. I honestly don't like that. Does anybody have a fix for this phenomena?

Within NinjaTrader's current version a new bar will not open until the application receives a new tick on that bar. No work around to force other behavior is possible at this time however I will forward your feedback to our development staff for further consideration.
