Intraday chart bar open using prior bar close

I am using Interactive Brokers (IB) to provide data to NinjaTrader (NT).
I have discovered that when I look at Intraday charts on NT and compare then to IB charts, some bar open prices are not the same in NT as IB. It seems that NT is using the prior bar close price instead of the open price from IB. I have looked at 30min and 60min charts and it seems to happen all over the place and not always.

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Intraday chart bar open using prior bar close' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
