Continental ag - xetra - ibis

Hello everyone,

NT7 fails to load data CONTINENTAL. (it' a mystery)

- CONTINENTAL AG
- XETRA
- IBIS (Interactive Brokers)

Continental, is the only instrument, of the Xetra, I can not link.

Thanks for your post.

Please ensure to select the Misc tab and under Symbol Mapping - Interactive Brokers enter CON

In the "Miscellaneous" is inserted the correct code: CON

I have already entered the correct code "CON" in the Miscellaneous
Continental is the only instrument XETRA that does not connect to the data and resulting error. All others are OK.

I don't know if I have to consult the customer service of NT or IB

Do you receive real time data for this instrument within TWS?
What build of Traders Workstation are you using?

* To verify what version of Traders Workstation you currently have log into Traders Workstation
* Under Help go to About Traders Workstation...
* Scroll down and look for Build

Thanks for your reply.

The currently supported version of TWS is 944.3
I have been able to receive data with these settings on my end without issue.
I would recommend installing TWS 944.3 and testing.
If this does not work please email platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with this inquiry and requesting a remote call for further assistance.
