Drawings and Text in Charts

Hello,

in which File drawings, text, etc that I create in a chart are saved?
Workspaces, Chart Templates ?

For example: Drawings which I create in a 5min Chart in Workspaces 1 are not visible in the 5min Chart in Workspace 2 (same underlying)

Hello Mirasol,

Drawing objects applied in charts are saved when you save the workspace.

To have drawing objects appear in charts for the same instrument, please double click the drawing object to open its Properties menu. Set 'Attach to' to 'All charts' and click OK.

thanks for help. I know that works, but I just want to have the drawing in the same instrument and the sam time level, in that case 5min Chart Ym in every Workspace. I don't want to have the drawings in 1min Chart and other. Does this works?

Hello Mirasol,

Yes, you can set 'Show global draw objects' to False in the 1 minute YM charts. You can find this setting in the Data Series menu of the chart. Make sure it is set to True in all 5 minute YM charts. If you have any other YM charts for which you do not want to show the drawing object, please set it to False as well.
