No overnight data on 6E range chart

I have just switched one instrument from EURUSD to 6E (to use the Static DOM), but there is a data gap from 22:00 to 0900 CET (last night ONLY) on my range bar chart.... but if I switch to minutes, there is no gap. Switch back to 8 range.... data gap !

Help, please. Data series set to CME FX Futures ETH as always (although I tried 24/5 and "use instrument settings" with no difference). Closed / reopened program - also no diff.

Chart time is CET.

Hello jtrade,

Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and you select 'Reload All Historical Data'? If not, please disconnect your data feed/broker and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab, click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader and check if the 6E Range chart loads the requested data.

If the issue remains, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

The sequence that worked was RepairDB>Restart>ReloadAllHistdata (which did not work on its own).
