Chart Trader & Data Quotes not working

HI,

I use MB Trader as my Forex Trading Broker through NT. I use NT7 (Multibroker Lifetime Licence V 7.0.1000.27). Since yesterday I am not getting quotes for Bid-Ask neither do I get Chart Trader working for me. Images attached. Kindly assist.

Note: I tried few orders in Sim and that is also not working as can be seen from attached image.

Thank you for your note.

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Chart Trader & Data Quotes not working' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Thanks for your reply. I managed to resolve it by uninstalling and then re-installing MBT Desktop. I realize that for some reason there was a compatibility issue. It started working fine after re-installing.
