Strategy in simulated/live account

Can someone please direct me to a guide (video or manual) how do I set up my ninjatrader strategy into simulator account or Live account?

*I already ran this strategy in strategy analyzer but not forward.

We do not have a video on this specifically, although it should be covered in our Automated Strategy Development training video:

The process is pretty straightforward -- within the Strategies settings window, there will be a parameter labeled "Account" which you can use to select which account the strategy will submit orders to. If you find that your live account is not listed there, then you may have Global Simulation Mode enabled, which you can disabled from the File menu.

Choosing instrument

How do I choose the instrument after selecting the strategy?
