Chunks of missing data

I have been having an issue when I start up ninjatrader in the morning and the charts load, large chunks of data are missing. For example I open the application at 6:00am PST and the data from 10:00am the previous day until 6:00am when the application starts is just not there. I was having some other strange issues as well so I uninstalled and reinstalled the program which I thought fixed it but it is happening again. Usually if I close ninjatrader and reopen it the data will then load. Today I can't get the overnight data to load from market close until around midnight PST.

Today is a bad example because it is the market roll over day but regardless of the issue today it is an issue every other day.

I am using the demo data account but it is current and not expired which is what I was told the problem was last time this I brought this up.

See the attached image that was a new 5 min chart I brought up from scratch and you can see there are days of data missing.

Thanks for your post.

Please try once more restarting NinjaTrader, right clicking on your chart, and selecting Reload All Historical Data.

If this does not resolve it please answer the following.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Under options and the Misc tab I did a "repair DB". This seems to have solved the issue temporarily at least.
