Ninjatrader/Kinetick

Hello and good afternoon.

I am currently using ninja trader 7.0.1000.26 with a kinetick basic data feed. Till now I have used the kinetick data feed for futures without any issues. Now I was trying to use the kinetick data feed to view some forex data. Kinetick website states that forex data is provided, but I am unable to get any forex data to show. Instrument manager shows the currency pairs, but when selected in the control center window, nothing is displayed like futures does when selected. Not sure where the problem lies...

Thanks for the quick reply. I found out that with the basic kinetick data feed, spot forex is not provided. This is an additional fee for the spot forex data. Thanks for your help.
