Stop order rejected

How can a stop order be rejected when it's only a few pips away !?

Possibly because of fractional pips, making it seem 10x further away than it actually is ....

Help, please !

Edit : hmmm, it says Limit order rejected, might be "Operator error" then (impossible under normal circumstances, maybe I need more coffee this am....)

Hello jtrade,

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Stop order rejected' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Thanks for the fast response, Jason : as you see from my edit, most likely it was me, so unless I duplicate error, I will not send files.
