Thank you for your post. This error indicates a connection issue. If possible, please connect to the internet via a wired connection vs. a wireless connection.

If you still see the same, please restart your modem, PC and router.

In addition, please add NinjaTrader to an exception to any firewall or virus protection software on your PC.

thank you i do have a wire connection and my internet working but i will restart the computer.
