Thank you for the question.
This type of item can be accomplished by creating a custom indicator that uses the OnMarketData override.
For this type of item, we have an example indicator that shows the programming portion and how to access the level 2 book. This would be an item that you would have to program or create as this is not a standard indicator. There could also be something pre made out there that you could use, I am just not aware of any specific item.
