Daily candlesticks are ahead by one day!

Hi there,

I recently imported ES 3-15 into the HDM (historical data manager) .

Everything imported successfully, but once I looked at the daily charts (I selected 'Generate Daily Bars' b/c I needed a daily chart), I realized that the Jan 9 bar was actually Jan 8! (I compared it to the daily bars on the charting website www.barchart.com)

This created a tremendous amount of unnecessary trouble and wasted time!

I did realize that after around Jan 12, the bars date did in fact match the actual date.

Please advise how to solve this issue!

You can edit the dates of your imported historical data by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Historical Data Manager > Edit tab, then making your needed adjustments.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Yes, you will need to add a new row, copy the data from the row that you are editing, change the date, then right-click on the row with the incorrect date and then left-click the 'Exclude' button to omit it from historical data.
