Show markers in a strategy chart

Hi,

I have a chart with a strategy that paint bars. What did I need to do so I can see the execution markers at that chart?

Hello,

The execution plots for a strategy are governed by the "Plot Executions" setting in the Data Series window, related to the actual data series on the chart. First, open the Data Series window, then select the instrument on which your strategy is running. Scroll down to the bottom of the settings pane, and you can set the "Plot Executions" property to "Text and Marker" or just "Marker."

Without the strategy I can see the markers, but when I put the strategy on (enabled = true or false), then all markers are gone. I think this has something to do with the strategy.

Edit: the strategy does only paint bars and does not make any trades

Have you enabled the Strategy?

It's the same, enabled or disabled. I can see the markers only when I remove the strategy.

Just to confirm -- is the strategy supposed to not take trades? If not, then this would be expected. With the strategy applied, you will only be seeing trades that the strategy has taken, and when it is not, then you will only see manually placed trades.
