Can't connect to FXCM with Multi-Broker License

I have a multi-broker license yet when I try to create a connection to FXCM it doesn't show up in the list of connections. My other broker is IB. Whats the trick to getting this to show up?

ok i just now sent the info. I got my multibroker upgrade last week. the key I was given after purchasing the upgrade happened to be the exact same one I already had before. but it worked and I can now access my ameritrade and IB accounts but not FXCM.
