Chart freezing & Ninja Crashes more often now!!!!

Hi

Last 10 days my charts are freezing and ninja crashes every day at least twice !!!!
how can we fix this ? and please don't say how many charts i have open , nothing has changed for a while on my work space.


Advise please.
