disconnected from data feed and proceeded to reset data. Ninja trader freezes up to the point I have to go into task manager and stop the application because it says it has stopped responding. This is the only application running. What else can I try to reset the data?

The process of resetting your database can take some time, depending on the size of your database file. A faster method may be to rename your database file.
Please rename your database with the following steps :
* Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
* Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> DB--> NinjaTrader.SDF.
* Right click on NinjaTrader.SDF and select "Rename." *Name it "OLDNinjaTrader.SDF."
* Then restart the software and NinjaTrader will create a fresh database file to use
* Unfortunately the following items stored in the old database will be lost - ATM Strategy templates, Session templates, Instrument Lists / Custom Instruments, historical trade execution data, saved Strategy Analyzer backtest results<span class="name">Alex C.</span><span class="title">NinjaTrader Customer Service</span><iframe name="sig" id="sigFrame" src="/support/forum/core/clientscript/Signature/signature.php" frameborder="0" border="0" cellspacing="0" style="border-style: none;width: 100%; height: 120px;"></iframe>
