Free Software - Tick Chart not Populating

Hello,

I've watched the video on getting started using charts. I'm trying to use the chart functionality to populate a tick chart for CL - Crude Futures. I need a tick chart at 1000-tick candles. I'm connected to "Kinetick - end of day (free)" and I'm on the free Ninja Trader software. A screenshot attached. Any help muey appreciated.

The Kinetick EOD connection only provides Daily data, so bar types of Day, Week, Month or Year.
