New Sim Account

Created a new Sim account (102), set initial cash to 10k and margin to zero however Accounts tab shows Cash Value as over 100k still & - buying power and Excess equity over 200k. how can i tame these settings for a smaller scenario that matches the numbers i put into the Options/Simulator tab ?

Just looking for a real world scenario on a 10k account.

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab. Set Initial cash to 10,000. Subsequently click the Reset button, select the Sim102 account and click OK. Close the Options menu and check if the Control Center-->Accounts-tab shows the Sim102 account with a cash value of 10,000.
