Connecting to other instruments

Hello,

I currently don't seem to get data feed for more than one instrument at a time.
Is there something I don't know about?

I recently swapped out to a new modem. Is that causing the problem?

I am on NT Continuum

Please manually attach your most current log and trace files to your response, so I may investigate this matter further.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20150526.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20150526.txt"

Connecting to data on start up

How do I connect to data on start up automaticlly?

Hello laredo787,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Account Connections, highlight your connection and click Change. Click Next and checkmark 'Connect on startup'. Click Next until you finish the connection. Next time you start NinjaTrader, it will automatically connect.
