    import failed

    Hello,

    when importing an indicator there appears the message in the attachment on my computer2 while I could import it without any problems on computer1.

    And there was an indicator in the chart that was not anymore in the list where to select the indicators. Also I didn´t find the indicator from c:documents\.......\indicators.

    Compiling any indicator there appear no error message.

    Long time ago I had the same issue but I dont remember how to resolve this to find which indicator might cause this problem or is not installed correctly...

    Thank you for the question.

    This message specifically is in regards to something that is inside the zip file that would conflict with something you have installed.

    The message is very general and will not tell what is conflicting.

    For this, a manual import is needed to see the actual error, if you have not done this I would recommend emailing platformsupport at ninjatrader.com and I could assist you in the process.
