Ninja trader 7 won't run on parallels 10

Hello, I am new to the program. I just tried to open ninja trader after installing it. I get an error every time stating ninja trader has stopped working. I am using windows 8.1 with parallels version 10 on an Apple iMac. Please help me out.

Please manually attach your most current log and trace files to your response, so I may investigate this matter further.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20150520.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20150520.txt"

Please send these files to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com and reference my name and 1321426 in the subject line.

Did you disable the folder linking between the Mac OS file system and the Windows Documents folder?
