Kinetick real-time data delayed

My Kinetick real-time feed is apparently lagging ~14 minutes. I have observed this problem many times (in fact, I think it never worked on my machine, but I didn't invest much time fixing it as I used IB for primary data). Now I reached the point where I want to get it figured out (as the IB feed has its own problems).

I have a paid Kinetick real-time subscription, the PC time is accurate and matches IB TWS clock. In NinjaTrader, I had only one connection to Kinetic, and pulled up a 1-min chart of SPY.

As you can see on the attached bitmap, the most recent price of SPY is ~14 minutes behind.

Any idea what may be causing this problem?
