    Email alerts: Failed to send mail

    Hello.

    I try to set email alerts to my hotmail account.

    But I have this error. I send link to this error.

    Can you help me? Thanks,

    Hello przms,

    Did you click OK after entering the information in the Misc-tab? If not, please click OK and open the Options-->Misc-tab once more. Check if you can submit a test email.

    If the error remains, please sign into your Hotmail account and try to send a test message once more.

      getting the same error over an again.Tried Google,Yahoo,same,same?Does it ever work anyway?If so,what`s the problem?

        Thanks for your post.

        I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

        You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

        The log file will be named "log.20160621.txt"

        You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

        The trace file will be named "trace.20160621.txt"

        I look forward to hearing from you.
