Could any of you please clarify these lines:
5. For any order submitted during a prior trading session, NinjaTrader™ will be unable to determine if the order was filled or cancelled. As a result NinjaTrader™ will set this order to a state of "Unknown" on reconnect. It is your responsibility to call your broker to determine the true state of this order.
1.Is it regarding limit or market orders?
2.How the settlement procedure looks like with FXCM?For e.g,if i hold a position overnight,does Ninja close and re-open it next day,or i can hold to whatever i want.And what do i pay for holding overnight with FXCM?Is it swap?
