No data showing at all for the ZB - charts won't load

I'm trying to load ZB charts. I've been able to load them in the past, but now, there is no tick data. It says "N/A" when I pull up the ZB in the control center. My husband, who shares an account with me, is able to load data on his computer, and his control center shows ticks. My settings are the same as his as far as I can see.

It doesn't matter what kind of chart I'm trying to load. I get nothing. Please help.

Hello sdrymer,

To resolve this, please try resetting your instruments.

Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center > File > Disconnect > Select your data feed

Rest your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center > Tools > Options > Data tab > Reset Instruments >OK

Restart NinjaTrader > Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center > File > Connect > Select your connection

Thanks for the quick response. I reset the instruments exactly as you instructed, and I'm still having the same problem. Also, I tried to load on my husband's computer. His control center is showing a data feed, but the chart won't load.

The trace file is a diagnostic file which you will find in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20150515.txt'.
